Kundalini Yoga is not something that needs learning... kundalini yoga is path to gaining enlightenment in present life time! The teachings of kundalini yoga can never be imparted by so-called kundalini yoga teachers... through the medium of kundalini yoga DVDs. Those who indulged in commercial aspects of yoga relied on kundalini yoga DVDs in vogue.

Kundalini yoga training could not be captured on a DVD... no matter what! Awakening of kundalini shakti... awakening of kundalini energy required human beings establishing absolute control over five senses and mind. Furthermore practising absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation... human beings finally awakened their Kundalini Shakti fully.

Benefits of kundalini awakening can never be known by travellers of religious path! Only those who travelled spiritual path needed learning kundalini yoga... the act of activating kundalini energy, the coiled Serpentine energy lying dormant in base of spine! For human beings... full awakening of kundalini energy meant reaching end of cosmic journey... 8.4 millionth manifestation!

To learn kundalini yoga truthfully... our travelling spiritual path was an absolute must! None ever reached God... gained enlightenment via path of religion... path of rituals! If we truly desire knowing our true inner self... our soul atman... the spirit within... undertaking spiritual journey was mandated by God Almighty! In Hinduism a soul is termed atman!

As detailed in Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism we are not a manifest human body encompassing a soul atman within. We are primarily a soul atman... cosmic consciousness on its cosmic journey of 8.4 million manifestations... that entailed earthly journey of 96.4 million years! After crossing 7.3 million manifestations in insect, plant and animal form... our soul atman finally reached a stage when it manifested human form for the first time!

In human form we had a total of 1.1 million manifestations for full awakening of kundalini shakti! The moment our Kundalini awakened fully... we gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha), our spiritual journey finally coming to an end! The journey of spirituality is always travelled all alone... prime reason why we could not get a kundalini yoga teacher ever!

For full awakening of Kundalini Shakti... transmuting sexual energy... the most potent of all energies available to mankind by grace of God Almighty was necessitated! God Almighty provided a particular quota of cosmic energy to every man and woman month after month, year after year! Some whiled it away through pure physical channels... others transmuted it towards only goal of life!

If we truly desired our kundalini reaching its logical end... transmuting sexual energy was the only recourse... we could not do without! Ask any successful person world over... behind success of all entrepreneurs laid seeds of transmutation of sexual energy! By transmuting sexual energy human beings can achieve any goal in life... no matter how difficult it initially appears to be!

In the spiritual world... words like guided kundalini yoga, kundalini yoga tutorials carried no meaning! The teachings of kundalini yoga could not be imparted even by an enlightened one! The journey of kundalini awakening has to be travelled all alone. For full awakening of kundalini shakti one needs annihilating karma to zero.

Unless we negated our karma to zero... one never established absolute control over five senses and mind. In absence of control over five senses and mind... one reached nowhere on spiritual path! Kundalini yoga teachers... religious teachers who preached otherwise were ignorant travellers of religious path... never path of pure spirituality that led directly to God Almighty!

If we truly desire kundalini awakening in present life... we must travel spiritual path. Negating karma to zero gradually step-by-step human beings slowly scaled higher levels of spiritual pursuit! As dross impurities within our soul atman removed one experienced higher levels of spiritual awakening... kundalini awakening!

Kundalini yoga is not a yogic exercise that could be recorded on a DVD or taught as a physical exercise! If we learnt the delicate art of controlling five senses and mind... one also practiced Brahmacharya Vrata... the art of controlling sexual inhibitions! The moment we learnt to exercise total control over sexual indulgence... full awakening of Kundalini Shakti was not far behind!

In my journey of spiritual path I was always after seeing and meeting god in this very life. I had no inkling what kundalini awakening was all about! On my path of pure spirituality, I slowly started establishing absolute control over five senses and mind! In the process my kundalini awakened fully... absolutely unknown to me!

Practice of Brahmacharya Vrata (absolute celibacy) has its benefits! One easily and successfully learns the art of transmuting sexual energy towards the only goal of life! It was only when God Almighty gave me a dictation in wee hours of third of August 1993... The moment I realized God... I came to know my kundalini had awakened fully in absentia!

My kundalini awakened fully... the need for my soul atman to manifest another body... in absence of dross impurities within now ceased to exist! I finally become a pure soul atman. Nowhere else to go further... the moment I leave my mortal frame... I shall attain salvation (moksha)... enter kingdom of God (termed Vaikuntha in Hinduism)... a point of no return!
