How to awaken Kundalini Shakti... is like asking, I want to build and explode an atomic bomb! Theoretically... literally this can be the query of many but awakening of Kundalini Shakti is a long drawn process that occurs gradually! One just could not pull the stem of a plant to make it grow! God Almighty ordained a long journey of 1.1 million manifestations... an earthly cycle of 12.4 million years in human form before our kundalini shakti awakened fully!

Awakening of Kundalini Shakti in a limited time span of 70 to 80 years is nothing short of moving a mountain! Kundalini awakening gets necessitated for travellers of spiritual path who desired gaining enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) in their lifetime! Kundalini awakening is the path... reaching stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)... the ultimate goal of life for human beings!

If our goal of life never was travelling spiritual path... we must not worry about kundalini awakening... no matter what! For full awakening of Kundalini Shakti... practicing absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation was necessitated! Furthermore absolute control over five senses and mind was another necessity.

Many human beings world over thought sex was the best way to awaken kundalini shakti! This is an absolute misnomer. By puncturing a hole in pitcher... we do not expect pitcher to fill to the top! Experience of sexual indulgence is extremely gratifying... does not mean the sexual act awakened our Kundalini Shakti in absentia!

Those who did not understand what spirituality was all about... such people having created websites... blogs on kundalini awakening is only a means to commercial end! Such people never understood what kundalini awakening was all about throughout their life! Remaining ignorant of the subject... how could travellers of religious path awaken their kundalini shakti!

Full awakening of kundalini shaki is only possible through path of jnana yoga... path of absolute wisdom as detailed in sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism! The act of kundalini yoga is best practiced by establishing absolute control over sexual inhibitions! Until we had slightest trace of Kama present within us... our Kundalini Shakti never awakened fully!

Physical aspect of celibacy... abstention from sexual relationship formed 10% of total job... 90% celibacy is always practiced mentally. Eradicating flow of negative thoughts to our brain in totality is what absolute celibacy is all about! This precept of celibacy is appropriately detailed in Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism.

Practising celibacy is not all about abstaining from sexual indulgence! The difficult part is stopping the flow of negative thoughts to our brain! Every moment thousands of thought percolated to our brain uninvoked! By establishing control over five senses and mind... we gradually stopped flow of negative thoughts to our brain in totality!

In the present sensual environment... keeping a taboo on free flow of thoughts to our brain is extremely difficult... almost next to impossible! Yet, for a serious seeker of spirituality nothing is impossible. Swami Vivekananda was an absolute practitioner of Brahmacharya Vrata... the art of absolute celibacy! He was an absolute and perfect celibate throughout his life.

Still, Swami Vivekananda did not gain enlightenment in his lifetime! Why? The goal of life for Swami Vivekananda never was full awakening of kundalini shakti... the coiled Serpentine energy lying dormant in base of spine. Had the kundalini of Swami Vivekananda awakened fully unknowingly... he would have reached stage of enlightenment... no matter what!

Precepts of kundalini yoga, Kundalini shakti... kundalini awakening are best detailed in sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism! Following teachings contained in Bhagavad Gita any human being world over can awaken ones kundalini in totality. The 700 shlokas verses contained in Bhagavad Gita contained truth but only truth!

For a traveler of spiritual path... for one who desires full awakening of kundalini shaki... Bhagavad Gita is the epitome of spiritual pursuit... one could not do without! In the present scientific age... wisdom contained in Bhagavad Gita can make a human being reach stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha)!

Precepts contained in Bhagavad Gita cannot be understood literally... it demands reading in between the lines! Bhagavad Gita strictly advocates that for married people... a maximum of two sexual indulgences per month are permitted (one is desirable)! Not a single lapse on path of absolute celibacy is permitted!

Something that was ordained to be received in a time span of 12.4 million earthly years... achieving it in 70 to 80 years of present earthly sojourn requires practising patience, persistence and perseverance at its level best! For establishing absolute control over five senses and mind... utmost caution in respect of karma and sexual abstinence is necessitated!

Always indulging in good karma... positive karma human beings finally negated karma forever! For establishing absolute control over karma... dissolving our ego in totality was necessitated! Subduing our ego... offering fruits of karma performed to god all the time was an absolute must for full awakening of kundalini shakti!

In present materialistic age... human beings preferred glitter of gold and diamonds over achievements of spiritual path. Can such people ever be expected to awaken their Kundalini Shakti fully? Kundalini awakening never becomes possible through path of religion... path of rituals! Awakening of kundalini shakti demanded our travelling spiritual path in totality.

I receive many queries... as how to awaken Kundalini Shakti! But on spiritual scale such people stood at level one! No matter how best I tried... I could not impart teachings of kundalini yoga to one! The path of spirituality must be travelled all alone. It has been rightly said, as many human beings... as many different paths to God Almighty can there be!

Kundalini serpent power... kundalini snake is not that easily aroused! Sexual energy... the most potent of all cosmic energies needs to be transmuted to its logical end! Most human beings never had a goal in life... how such people could reach cosmic end of their life! For a spiritual traveler forming a definite goal in life was of utmost importance!

I have come across many who left spiritual path midway. Such people finally became totally disoriented... or patients of depression! One must think twice before forming a goal in life... more so a spiritual goal! The path of spirituality is always one-way path! Just as bud having bloomed into a flower cannot become a bud again... Traveler of spiritual path has to burn all bridges behind!

The uncharted path of spirituality has its pitfalls! I do not remember how many times I had to eat hell for breakfast... how many contemplations of suicide! My resolve to see and meet God in this very life was absolute... 25 years of yoga meditation... I finally landed in laps of God Almighty in the wee hours of third of August 1993 at 37 years of age!

As a pure soul atman this is my last manifestation on mother earth! Nowhere else to go further I shall but attain salvation moksha at end of journey... the moment I leave my mortal frame!

When I started journey of spiritual path... I had no inkling what kundalini yoga; kundalini shakti or kundalini energy was all about! On my spiritual travail my kundalini awakened fully absolutely unknown to me! It was only when God Almighty gave me a dictation in the wee hours of third of August 1993... I realized what I had achieved!

In a nutshell... full awakening of kundalini simply meant... becoming a man god in present life! One finally reached stage of self realization, god realization... enlightenment at the end of journey!
