Sins Committed - Atone for Sins - Ask Forgiveness

  Query: I was just wondering, you mentioned that all enlightened people are always in contact with god, so i guess you are in continuous contact with God. What if someone commits a very serious crime. Is God going to forgive them, since god is unconditionally loving and forgiving.

Everything on mother earth, in fact entire cosmos is governed by inscrutable laws of karma. Even God Almighty never interfered with established laws of karma. As we sow so shall we reap... nothing less or more! For every single sin committed by us... we shall get punished as per laws of karma! It is upon us how to repent, atone for sins committed in present or past lives.

Some did it through prayers... others indulged in good karma, positive karma to negate influence of negative karma indulged by them. If you say... god is forgiving, you are totally mistaken! God never forgives anyone! All is taken care of by laws of karma. For sins committed by us, we suffered in present or in future! At no stage of life god forgave one.

If we sincerely and diligently wanted to atone for sins committed in present life, then we definitely had to ask for forgiveness from the concerned. It may not be done physically but in thoughts we had to ask for forgiveness from one whom we wronged. Our prayers in this matter must be absolutely sincere otherwise our prayers may not be granted.

By atoning for our sins truthfully and sincerely we can definitely remove ill effects of sins indulged in present or past. That was how we improved our karma and went ahead in life! Forgiveness is something that people failed to practice truthfully. Nothing in field of forgiveness was a mere eye wash... we had to be absolutely truthfully while asking for forgiveness from one.

God loved and forgave those who were sincere in their attempts.
