Query: Brahman
Hinduism... saguna brahman - nirguna
brahman!
Vijay Kumar: God Almighty is termed Brahman in Hinduism! Brahman Hinduism
is not a precept... it is an actual fact of life! It is only when Brahman (God Almighty) exploded self with a
big bang... the present cosmos came into being! Brahman... the cluster of all pure souls’ atmans in cosmos at
a given moment of time is what we called God
Almighty!
God Almighty is also termed Parmatman, Karta, Sanatana Purusha, Ishwar and Bhagwan and so on
in Hinduism! In India worshipping Saguna Brahman is in vogue. Most human beings... masses... commoners find it easy
to worship Saguna form of Brahman (having a form)! Nirguna form of Brahman (having no form) is difficult to worship
by most!
For an ardent seeker of spirituality, one who desires gaining
enlightenment... reaching God in present life time... worshipping Nirakaar form of God is necessitated (having no
form)! As stated in sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism... Brahman truly has no form... it primarily is a cluster of
pure ethereal energy... the combined power of all pure atmans souls in cosmos at a given moment of
time!
Worshipping Saguna form of God... Sakaar form of God carries no meaning! Those who worshipped
God in Sakaar form... Saguna form never reached God in their lifetime! God almighty... termed Brahman in Hinduism
can never be reached via path of religion... path of rituals! For reaching God one needs travelling path of jnana
yoga... path of absolute wisdom!
Brahman must never be confused with atman soul... the individual essence of life! If an
individual grain of sand is an atman soul... the whole mound Brahman... termed God Almighty in English! If an
individual piece of puzzle is an independent soul atman... the completed puzzle Brahman... termed God in
English!
At the time of big bang when God Almighty (Brahman) explodes self... all pure atmans souls
scattered all over cosmos at unimaginable speeds. In the melee the pure atmans souls gain impurities similar as a
rolling ball gathers moss! To cleanse self of dross impurities within starts cosmic life cycle of every atman
soul.
Brahman... God Almighty existed within every living being including human beings in miniscule
form as our atman soul! A soul is termed atman in Hinduism. It is only through a chain of 8.4 million
manifestations... that entails earthly life cycle of 96.4 million years every atman soul finally completed its
cosmic journey when human beings gained enlightenment and salvation (moksha)!
The entity of Brahman is described in explicit detail in sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism!
Right from stage of big bang when God Almighty... Brahman exploded self to stage of dissolution (termed Pralaya in
Hinduism)... all is explained in Bhagavad Gita! For knowing God... for reaching God in present life one needs
unveiling pearls of wisdom contained in Bhagavad Gita Hinduism!
All man gods like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed were born ordinary
mortals. After gaining enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) they all became a Jina... an enlightened one! Such man gods
are distinct from God almighty... termed Brahman in Hinduism! Man gods can be many but Brahman... God Almighty is
one and only one!
As per Advaita Vedanta doctrine of Hinduism propagated by Adi Shankaracharya... God
Almighty... termed Brahman in Hinduism is one and only one! Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva are only
attributes of God Almighty (termed Brahman in Hinduism)! Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva only exist in
Hindu mythology... forming Hindu Trinity of gods.
Hindu god Brahman is an absolute factual concept of life. Only by travelling path of pure
spirituality human beings finally understood the abstract crux of life! For unveiling abstract truths of cosmic
life... indulgence in sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism is an absolute must! In absence of Bhagavad Gita... one
could never reach stage of enlightenment ever!
Knowing Bhagavad Gita... any human being world over can unveil truths contained in Hinduism!
Believing in God... believing in Brahman human beings finally crossed all barriers of ephemeral life... reaching
stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) forever! An enlightened one after leaving mortal frame finally gains
salvation (moksha)... entering kingdom of God (termed Vaikuntha in Hinduism)... a point of no return!
