Mercy Killing - Interminable Pain - Committing Suicide

If I was suffering in life due to interminable pain and thought mercy killing was the best way out... I would not hesitate even for once in going for mercy killing! Even if mercy killing incurred sin, I would have never cared for same! On the contrary... mercy killing was different from suicide! When people suffered from interminable diseases that had no cure... by following path of mercy killing one definitely incurred sin but much less compared to suicide. Why?

As the present human form was manifested by our soul atman, the spirit within... human beings had no right to terminate present life! If they did... they definitely indulged in sinning. Committing suicide was a heinous crime for which we were never forgiven by God Almighty. Mercy killing is getting relief from sufferings in present life. It was our right to do so as human form was the highest manifest stage in cosmic life cycle! Mercy killing must always be indulged with caution.

When a doctor operates on a patient, he does not become the doer of that crime! For mercy killing... the doctor becomes responsible only if one suggests mercy killing that was not warranted! The duty of a doctor is to advise the best and save patients from their sufferings... ailments! Any doctor who indulged otherwise was definitely a sinner in eyes of God Almighty. A doctor was considered next to God Almighty for one indulged in saving lives of patients.

If the negligence of doctor results in death of patient... the doctor is definitely to blame!
