Problem Meditation - Body Consciousness - Become Thoughtless

Query: How do I indulge in right meditation to experience happiness and ecstasy all the time?

It was not your lesser intake of salt that was primarily responsible for increased libido but indirect practice of Brahmacharya Vrata (Celibacy) that resulted in increased happiness and feeling of bliss. Reducing intake of salt in totality may have been cause of decreased libido! Remain normal and try practising Brahmacharya Vrata as much as possible. Indulge in meditation as usual.

All is related to your thinking. Earlier when you experienced bliss and happiness... you must have been a practitioner of positive thinking. As you started indulging in negative thinking... you lost contact with your consciousness! Reading them patiently and repeatedly... you would reach the hidden underlying meaning!  Full text of query: I used to meditate for a short period (half an hour). During that short meditation, I used to be silent and tried to become thoughtless by concentrating on the spot between my eye brows. Within 10 to 20 minutes, slowly I used to forget body consciousness and my mind became thoughtless (but not 100%). And some sort of happiness and ecstasy fills my mind and I don’t feel like getting up from meditation. This was the condition all most every day. Thus, by god’s grace, I realized that there is something inside the body and I am not the body.

Every year once or twice, I used to be salt less for short periods (10 to 15 days) during which sexual desires were completely stopped automatically. During this salt less period, my body becomes healthier, and I realized more happiness during meditation. As I realized that there is direct link between food and thoughts, I have decided to take salt less food permanently and meditate more and more. And I tried this for almost nearly 10 months. But finally, I fed up and gave it. No concentration, no effect as earlier. I am not losing the body consciousness as earlier. No inner feeling. No happiness. Nothing. Why all this is happening now.
